Gaia Bali brings together personal practice, learning, community and connection with nature. These general terms cover our website and describe the shared principles for 1:1 coaching, group programmes, online courses, retreats and Immersions, and cacao products.

Who you are working with

The website operator is identified in our Legal Notice. The seller or service provider for each offer will be named before you commit. Gaia Bali is a brand; a shared brand does not mean that every offering has the same legal provider. This is particularly relevant to cacao sales from Germany.

Enquiring, applying and booking

A general enquiry, clarity call request, waiting-list signup or Immersion application does not by itself create a paid booking or order. An Immersion application is free and starts a conversation about mutual fit.

Before a paid commitment, you will receive the relevant offer details and terms: the provider, included services or products, total price and additional charges, timing, cancellation arrangements and any applicable statutory withdrawal information. The booking or order process will explain when the contract is formed. These general website terms alone do not authorise a payment.

Coaching and personal practice

Our coaching, movement, breath, meditation and related practices support reflection and learning. They are educational and experiential, not medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, diagnosis or crisis support. No particular health, emotional, spiritual, relationship or business outcome is guaranteed.

Choose your own pace and stay within your present capacity. You may pause or decline a practice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional if you are unsure whether a practice is suitable for you, and do not change prescribed treatment on the basis of our content. Your choices do not remove our responsibility to deliver services with appropriate care.

1:1 coaching

The individual offer will describe the session format, duration, number of sessions, support between sessions and any period for using a package. Rescheduling, missed-session and cancellation rules will be provided before booking. No universal expiry period or cancellation charge is imposed by this page.

Group programmes

Each programme will specify its dates, format, included sessions, support and any materials or recordings. Respect others' boundaries, backgrounds and privacy. Do not share another participant's personal story or record a session without permission. We ask everyone to respect confidentiality, but cannot guarantee another participant's conduct.

If a session is to be recorded, we will explain the purpose, audience, retention and participation choices in advance and obtain consent where required. Joining a group is not permission to use your image or story for marketing.

Online courses and resources

The course offer will explain content, access duration, technical requirements, support, and whether sessions are live, recorded or self-paced. Access is for your personal use unless another licence is expressly agreed. Do not resell course materials or share account access without permission; rights and exceptions provided by law remain unaffected.

Immediate digital access does not automatically remove statutory withdrawal rights. Where an early start requires an express request, consent or acknowledgement, it will be handled separately in the order process. This page is not such consent. Mandatory rights concerning defective digital content or services remain unaffected.

Retreats and Immersions

See Applying & taking part for the current Immersion application process, boundaries and shared-space commitments. Each retreat's booking terms will specify dates, accommodation, included activities, travel responsibilities and cancellation arrangements. Wait for written confirmation of your place and that the retreat will proceed before arranging non-refundable travel.

Cacao

Cacao is a food product. Descriptions of ritual or personal practice are not claims that cacao prevents, treats or cures disease. Follow the product's ingredient, allergen, storage and preparation information.

Before ordering, the product listing and sales terms will identify the seller, product quantity and composition, relevant food information, total price, delivery charges and destinations, delivery arrangements, complaints contact and applicable withdrawal and return rights. These details will be provided in German for the German-language shop. This general page does not replace them.

Cancellations, changes and consumer rights

Rules differ between scheduled experiences, individual services, digital content and physical goods. The terms supplied for your particular offer will explain the applicable arrangements. There is no blanket “no refunds” rule across Gaia Bali. Statutory withdrawal, defect, cancellation and other mandatory consumer rights are not excluded by this page.

If we need to change or cancel a confirmed offer, we will explain the options under its agreed terms and applicable law. New website wording does not retrospectively change an existing contract.

Respect, consent and safety

Harassment, discrimination, intimidation and violence are incompatible with our shared spaces. Ask before physical contact and respect a refusal or change of mind. Facilitators may pause an activity to address an immediate safety concern. Any action affecting a confirmed booking must be proportionate and follow its terms and applicable rights.

Privacy and images

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Marketing subscriptions and promotional use of your image, voice or testimonial require separate permission where applicable. Enquiring, applying or participating does not itself grant that permission.

Responsibility and questions

Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We remain responsible for our own obligations; using an external platform does not remove them. External websites may have their own terms, which you can review when using them.

For questions or concerns, contact namaste@gaia-bali.com. For a purchase, the seller identified in your order or booking is responsible for addressing contractual issues. Any law or jurisdiction clause in offer-specific terms must preserve mandatory consumer protections.
